1. Service Description

Silhouette Assistant is a personal assistant designed to enhance your productivity by integrating with third-party services, including but not limited to, Google Drive and Google Calendar. The Application allows you to manage your documents, schedule events, and organize your digital workflow through a conversational interface.

2. Use of Google APIs and Other Services

To provide its functionalities, Silhouette Assistant requires access to certain Google APIs. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Google Drive: We request permission to create, view, modify, and delete files and folders on your behalf. This allows us to perform actions such as creating new documents or organizing your Drive according to your instructions.
• Google Calendar: We request permission to create, view, modify, and delete events on your calendar. This allows us to schedule meetings, send invitations, and manage your agenda.
• Future Integrations (Gmail, etc.): We plan to expand our capabilities to include email management and other productivity tools. Before accessing new services, we will request your explicit consent for the additional permissions required.

Silhouette Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Silhouette Assistant and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Silhouette Assistant, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
